A differentiation, or an enrichment even, of the noble legal profession. And one that often leads to broader solutions, with greater appeal and sustainability. I refer to this approach as mediation advocacy. I believe that mediation and further social development in that field will also lead to a revaluation of our profession. Mediation advocacy at Boontje Advocaten will develop further and connects to mediation. I believe that is where the added value can be found.”
Paul is the founder and name-giver of Boontje Advocaten. A visionary entrepreneur, with ambition and enthusiasm. He has a positive and performance-oriented drive, enthusiasm and a great sense of personal involvement. He also sets great store by professional and personal development. Learning to live by your own core values and your own beliefs requires courage and nerve. Paul completed his own personal leadership journey through the Himalayas in Nepal in 2019.
