Lilach Zalait is working as a lawyer at Boontje Advocaten since November 2015. She graduated from the University of Amsterdam and Utrecht University where she completed specialized masters in employment law and corporate law. Lilach is one of the board members of the Amsterdam Young Bar Association since 2018.
Lilach is involved in all areas of employment law, including dismissals, non-compete clauses, reorganizations, collective employment contracts, flexible employment relationships and cross-border employment. She acts for both employers and employees. Furthermore, she is part of the Privacy Team within Boontje Advocaten. The Privacy Team operates on the interface of employment law and privacy and is engaged in implementation and compliance issues, advises (amongst others) on the impact of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the data breach notification obligation, the transfer of personal data to third countries, data processing agreements, screening and monitoring issues, and the role of the works council.
