Jolanda de Groot has been a lawyer since 2002 and is fully specialized in employment law. She joined Boontje Advocaten as a senior associate in March 2017. Jolanda advises both large and smaller (multi)national companies on several employment law issues and has extensive experience in the hospitality industry in the areas of individual and collective redundancy, directors under the articles of association, flexible employment relationships (including payrolling and assignments) and international employment law (such as immigration law). Jolanda enjoys acting as a sparring partner for her clients and uses a practical approach. Besides having an advisory role, Jolanda has proven to be a strong partner in the courtroom.
